-Updated the moderator levels along with contributor/moderator levels.
-@ Admins: Please convert all current moderators to their new levels.
-Mod level 1 -> "mLevel 1"
-Mod level 2 -> "mLevel 17"
-Mod level 3 -> "mLevel 30"
-Mod level 4 -> "mLevel 55"
-Mod level 5 -> "mLevel 75"
-Contributor Mod (Basically just Kromara) -> "dmLevel 75"
-When converting moderators to their proper level, you may convert them to their previous level before receiving moderator status. (Only if that level is higher than Level 75, and is confirmed to be true)
This update basically eliminates the gap between players and moderators in terms of growth.
Moderators won't complain about high death losses, and players won't complain about needing more experience to level than mods. Mods also won't complain about level effectively being capped for them at "75".

-Content update:
-PERMANENT buffs will be gained at certain levels
-For non-contributor players, three permanent buffs will be unlocked at levels 50, 75 and 100, respectively.
-The level 100 buff is Rapid Healing, which is otherwise normally unobtainable (in conjunction with normal gear), however is available to all players regardless of contribution status.
-The contributors can gain up to a total of 18 permanent buffs, however they must achieve specific levels to unlock them. They do not gain the level 50, 75 nor 100 buffs at earlier levels than normal players.
The permanent buffs gained by contributors are obtainable through potions for non-contributors.
Permanent buffs for contributors are meant to be for convenience; the only normally unobtainable buff included in this update is the level 100 buff, which is obtainable by all players.
If a player wishes to disable (or enable) their permanent buff, they may do so by using the /togglebuffs command, available to all players.
